I believe most people have the life I've dreamed of I believe I've had the life most people had nightmares all today all I am grateful for his life I am still breathing I'm still believing and more importantly I am still fighting this time last year I was in an abusive relationship with a man I felt ironically protected me a man I felt cared for me someone who told me consistently he was all I had and I believe that for so many years a few months ago however that life faded and for the first time in my life I was able to see the truth it was not easy leaving but even harder to stay pursuing safety and Escape I found myself hundreds of miles away in Florida I spent so much time in the dark all I wanted was light I felt Florida could give that to me and she hasn't let me down yet I escaped my hell to a place of no friends no family nothing familiar but I found me I had forgot what happiness felt like how Independence felt how safety felt my face forgot what smiling felt like my heart forgot what piece felt like being here helped me remember I am in a room that I pay weekly as I was fortunate enough to find a job when I came I eat food that I ordered daily because I don't have access to the kitchen but I still don't have a home I walked to a job I found close to that room I rent I walk home every night as well I just got a second job serving tables and I know my higher power is taking over me and taking care of me I consider this as another source of help all I want is to have a home for the holidays even if I spend it alone I know that I will spend it safe and I know I will spend it looking forward to everything that life has to offer me a head I'm asking that if you are able and capable to give anything you can so that I can pay for first month's rent and security deposit for a one-bedroom apartment I feel that that is the only thing missing everything I've accomplished over the last few months I got my life back and that is worth more than anything else in this world I will never go back but I know there are many people who know my story or are going through my story right now if you are that person please trust me when I say the grass is greener on the other side getaway get your life back into anyone who doesn't know my story I've been to Hell and back and I know that any day that I spend by myself Can Only Be Heaven thank you to those who help and thank you to those who wish they could.
