Dee’s relay is back!

Once again we will be raising money for not only Daemon Smith (Dee) but this year we will be raising money the Mind Charity in memory of Terry Davies.

• So come June 21st at 20:00 "Dee's Relay" will start from Nantgarw South Wales running through the night non stop all the way to Dee & Terry’s home village Penparcau in Aberystwyth finishing the relay around lunchtime.

• All checkpoints/Change overs are roughly 2.5-3 miles apart. So ideally all runners need to be able to run this distance. For all experienced runners you can stay on and push yourselves to see how many miles you can cover in one go!

• A support car with hazards on and a flashing light on top will always be behind the runners.

• All other vehicles/mini buses will be doing a caterpillar method through every checkpoint.

• All nominated DS (directing staff) will be announced closer to the event date.

• All entries for running are to be paid in to the PayPal account created for this event. On June 24th the Total raised will be announced and then transferred over to Dee & the Mind Charity.
