It's extremely hard to put a description of Dad into words on this page, but Dennis McDonald was an incredibly selfless and supportive father to Anna and I. Keen to attend all events and be involved as much as possible; we have many fond memories of him. Dad welcomed Sam straight into the family and loved her as one of his own.

Unfortunately, Dad passed away on 21st May 2018. His passing was very sudden and unexpected.

In order to honour Dad's memory and to support the BRI in continuing their hard work, the 3 of us have decided to partake in a 10km race to raise money.

The aim is that this run isn't a one-off, so you may see more of these in the future - and hopefully with greater distances! We all feel that the BRI did an incredible amount for Dad and we'd love to be able to thank them for that.
