    Story

As part of our campaign for the fight against guns and knifes. We are currently trying to raise funds of £13,358 to provide a Drivers Centre for young adult school leavers in Leeds. We propose on making this provision available for young adults age between 17 to 21 years old, who are exposed to this kind of violence and criminality in their communities, who would like to attend a driving course funded by this organization. We are encouraging these children to do well at school and to reward them for it. This will also mean that they would have to stay out of trouble, and not associate themselves with any kind of guns knives or criminality and must have a clean unblemished criminal record in order for them to qualify for this driving project when they reach the appropriate age of 17. This is part of our early intervention program.

These course's will include meetings which the students will have to attend and participate in each week, up until the time that they past their driving test. It will be compulsory and mandatory that they attend these meetings, as part of an awareness course about the dangers of carrying weapons such as guns and knives, and the kind of impact it has not only on victims and their families, but also across the broader section of our society. These talks will also be conducted by West Yorkshire Police and other organizations who are also fighting against guns knives and violent crimes.

This program is set out to encourage and reward those children who do well in their education. Our research shows that this project is attractive to children from the age as low as 14 years who show a great interest to be a part of this Driving program. It influences them to have good behavior and to stay away from potential trouble just so that they can be part of this project.

Obtaining a driver's license, it can be a great way to encourage positive behavior and for a young person to have an incentive to perform well. We are currently working with young adults, who would like to make positive progress in their lives but struggle to do so because of their current surroundings, lack of money resources and opportunities, which may often lead to crime. This early intervention will urge these students to take a step in the right direction.

Our aim is to give a selected group of youths age between 17-21, a opportunity to be funded, aided and assisted all the way through their Provisional Driving Course. From photo picture, theory test and driving lessons, until they pass their driving test and obtain a full UK driving license.

Getting a driving license at 17, you have acquired a life skill that will stay with you forever. With a driver's license comes a sense of responsibility. Teens typically really look forward to driving because it is their first step toward independence and giving them a positive start to their careers.

David Cameron once talked about his "big society" drive to empower communities, describing it as his "great passion" these schemes and others in the future, he said, would represent "the biggest, most dramatic redistribution of power from elites in Whitehall to the man and woman on the street". By working together we will become the biggest gang for the gangs, We believe very strongly, that everyone in our society has an important role to play in making sure we all can live in a safe environment. We can make a real change nationwide by working together. You can get involved in this Project today by making a contribution to this program and make a big difference. Giving our kids just that little bit more will make a huge difference an will become a life changing opportunity for the ones that deserve it

Driving lessons and the statutory fees can be quite expensive. We want these children to succeed in the highest way they possibly can, and we will support these kids all the way but, we can only do it with your help. We also believe that encouragement can only breed success.

Everyday we hear reports of either another shooting or stabbing has taken place on our city streets. Every occurrence has an impact on our communities society and family's. It has become alarmingly concerning for our children who are growing up in this torrent turmoil of violence which has an effect on us all.

We hope to be able to continue to raise more funds for other school leavers as time goes on, by having this project as an incentive for them to do well in education and to stay away from potential trouble and bad influences to earn themselves a well deserved position to be on this project. We aim to fore-fill young teens dreams of one day being able to pass their driving test and becoming an independent young responsible adult driver. But most of all we intend to keep them safe and out of harms way by providing programs and schemes such as this.

This appeal goes out to everyone in our society whether we have children or not! Let's live in a better world, with a brighter future for us all.

IF LIFE WAS A THING THAT MONEY COULD BUY, THE RICH WOULD LIVE AND THE POOR WOULD DIE.
