On September 29th 2019 I will be running the Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run Half Marathon alongside my Brother Reece and Sister Kezia.

We are hoping to raise £500 to split and donate to the Intensive Care Unit at Ninewells Hospital and the Centre for Brain Injury Rehabilitation at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Dundee.

In Feburary this year, our Dad Mal suffered a sudden and unexpected cardiac arrest after finishing a game of squash. He was blue lighted to Ninewells where he was operated on and spent a further 2 weeks in intensive care. The care, attention and support that the staff provided not only my Dad but my entire family with was exceptional and crucial to his survival and recovery. We will be forever thankful for the fantastic work of the Doctors and Nurses.

He then went on to spend a further 9 weeks at the CBIR where he was given exceptional brain rehabilitation and therapy from dedicated staff which ensured he made a remarkably fast recovery.
