I'm running the Great North run in 4 weeks , this 13.5 Miles is a big challenge as I've not ran more than 5k before and before Christmas 2018 I had not ran for more than 40 years. I'm raising money for Cllr David Snowdon's Mayors Charities.

On the 15th Of May 2019 David became the Mayor of the City of Sunderland part of the Mayors role is to promote and raise funds for local Charities.

Davids chosen Charities are Veterans in Crisis Sunderland and Washington Mind and we will be fundraising throughout the year with sporting events, bag packs, raffles, quiz night and many more methods, but thought we would also try to have an online fundraising page .
