    Story

We all know what a fabulous job guide dogs do to support their blind and visually impaired owners. But dogs are not for everyone, and so Katy Smith of KL Pony Therapy in Yorkshire is training miniature horse Digby to be the UK's first guide horse.

Will you support her in this pioneering work? It takes a lot of time and patience to train a horse to take on the role of guide, companion and protector. Even a horse as gifted as Digby. And Katy's already starting to train a second miniature horse, young Poppet (born in June).

Digby and Poppet are just two members of Katy's team of miniature horses who, as KL Pony Therapy, make visits to retirement homes, hospitals, schools and care homes so that as many people as possible can enjoy the loving company of these beautiful "mini horses".

Your support means the world to them, thank you!
