    help fund a Decoration for a 32 yr old man struggling with heart failure with servere dilated cardiomyophy. there is currently no cure for dilated- cardiomyphy and suffering from breathlessness and lack of energy with cramping muscles he has just been housed after a long 1yr battle to receive emergency housing he is awaiting a transplant and he currently has an empty home all he wants is a place to feel Homley if you can help in anyway to make this illness more bareuble to live with he doesn't have a date or time it could be sudden thank you for taking time to read this

        I am a close friend to this gentlemen who is in need of a transplant he's heart is currently has an ejection fraction of only 10% he is under the hospice team who have help in every way they can medication is failing to stop his symptoms help make him feel at home
