Please help, when my daughter turned 16 her DlA stopped, i used her DLA to help with her care, PIP stated she needed to claim herself but she does not have the ability to do this, i had to go through so much stress to become the appointed person despite being her mother. We have waited for a year for her award, ive maxed out my credit card and ive got nothing left, i work full time and i cannot pay for anymore care as i have nothing, i dont sit around on benifits i work while caring for a disabled Child but the system does not help people like me and im at risk of loosing my job home everything as for 13 months my Daughter has not been provided support thank you for reading
