Story
On Sunday 21st April 2019, as part of our volunteering section of the Gold Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme, Ethan, Jack and Rahan are undertaking a sponsored hike along the Cotswold Way. They are starting at Painswick and finishing at Leckhampton which is approx. 20km.
This hike is to raise much needed funds for children living in absolute poverty and improve their life chances by helping to build 2 new classrooms at Thantwe School, Blantyre, Malawi, where they currently have 649 students and only 6 classrooms.
These funds are part of collective fund-raising project, completed by volunteering DofE students at Chosen Hill School. We appreciate any donation regardless of size. We hope to update this page with photo's of our hike and thank you in advance for reading this.
