I have created this page in hope of being able to buy some good mobility aids like elbow crutches and a light weight wheelchair as well as a few other pieces that will help me.I have multiple sclerosis for the last 9yrs.the nhs are making it difficult for me to get things off them,I have bought my crutches and a wheelchair but it’s not lightweight and makes it fitting in the car almost impossible as it’s a heavy weight one.i would ideally like a light weight one so that I am able to travel with it.

the crutches that i need are over £150 and my wheelchair is over 1600. i am trying to save up for it but i cannot make the full price on my own. if i can reach this goal i will be able to keep my current car and still fit the chair into it. i need the lightweight chair as i cannot manage the others and the quality of them is so poor.

I would like to have better independence of being able to lift the chair if i need to in urgent situations. my current crutches make it extremely painful to walk and using them is affecting my balance badly.i don’t usually post asking for these things but I am currently struggling with a relapse and new aids I need will help give me a better quality of life and independence.please don’t insult me for this request 😊 Any amount that can be spared would be a great help.
