In April this year, the bottom fell out of my family's world, when my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer.
From this life-changing moment, its been appointments, temperatures, surgery, PICC lines, infections, A+E visits and chemotherapy sessions.
As I write this, in two days time my wife will make her last visit to the Sperrin Unit at Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry. We thought this day would never come.
These chemotherapy sessions are quite scary, particularly at the start.
For Breast Cancer Awareness month, this October, I would like to raise money to buy a pamper pack, filled with healthy, totally natural personal care products, to brighten these brave women's day during the month of October.
