Last year, I celebrated my birthday by attending a yoga class that would plant 1 tree for every person that showed up to class.

This year I want to take it to the next level.

It's been brought to my attention that frequent flying contributes a great deal to Co2 emissions contributing to the worrying warming of our planet.

As most of you might already now, travel is an important part of my life as it allows live in-between the UK & Brazil. I also find it incredibly inspiring. But it takes a toll.

Since the start of the year, I have been donating to carbon offsetting projects + programmes with the amount of Co2 I produce on my flights.

My aim to raise £322.50, will be enough to plant 25 trees on my 25th year on this earth.

I chose this one in particular as it directly impacts my two home countries.

I know there is so much more that needs to be done and I'm certainly not the one to tell you what is the right thing to do, but we all need to hold ourselves accountable for our actions and this one way in which I feel I really need to give back to.
