MIND provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
Because of Mind, millions more people have access to advice and support thanks to their information and services nationally and locally, in England and Wales.
Donna Waters and her team are looking to raise funds to support this great cause by taking part in the Ice Bucket Challenge. You never know, there may be a mystery guest or two who wants to join in should we exceed our target. Please give generously as all donations are greatly appreciated.
