By shaving my head I'm trying to raise money to fund a well to be drilled in a needy village in Asia that doesn't have clean running water. This cause is very close to my heart as there are many children, teenagers like myself and adults dying from water-born diseases everyday in Asia, and I would love to do everything i can to stop that happening. This summer i experienced a fraction of these water-born diseases as I went to Borneo in the Sabah region and unknowingly drank un-sanitised water which along with altitude sickness put me in hospital with a drip in my hand for 5 hours after vomiting constantly. This first hand experience of this huge problem in Asia made me so glad that in the UK we have clean running water and realise that things need to change. Giving them the same basic amenities that we so often take for granted in the western world is vital. This may not save a whole continent or a country from these water-born diseases but even if this saves a few lives it will have been worth it!

I must specify that every penny of this money will be given straight away to the charity: Gospel for Asia who I trust implicitly. They will decide the placement of this well in Asia and will drill it in the village/location that is most in need. Thank you.
