Story
Roodie has been abandoned near our house. Everyone knows the problems we have been having with our neighbour but luckily she isn't around right now so we have been able to take him.
We think he has been hit by a car, he has a recent wound on his head which is healing nicely BUT THE BIGGIE - he has a smashed hip and a damaged pelvis. He is struggling to work and is in considerable pain despite his medication. We need to get him fixed. It will cost from £300-£500 from start to finish, surgery, meds and after care. His surgery is booked, it is not something that can wait BUT with 1 other dog this week already having had surgery on a broken hip, and one other one waiting for surgery, we just cannot cover costs on our own.
Please help us fix Roodie. He is so sweet, such a loving nature despite the pain he is in, and has obviously not had a caring human in his life and he bears no grudges. He is so thin, every single bone is visible under his coat, he needs to double his body weight (but that actually is working in his favour right now as it would make his leg/hip/pelvis situation far worse if the was at the correct weight)
