When we closed East Winds on 1 April 2020 little did we know that we would still be closed on 1 April 2021 - a whole year later, the staff would still be at home and the islands of the Caribbean would only just be edging towards opening the borders fully to tourists again.

This decision to close was not taken lightly, but was required for the well-being of the East Winds staff, our guests and the St Lucian community.

Last year you generously helped us to keep paying the staff a small amount to keep them going, keeping their families fed and out of debt.

Now I need to ask for your help again. To help our team get trough the next few months and while the travel ban from the UK is still in place, the hotel will struggle to open and get the team back to work. Luckily we have a wonderfully loyal group of staff who wish to stay employed and get back to the hotel as soon as we can open again.

More then ever our families need your help, if you can help us continue to support them, we would be so grateful. Every penny of all the money raised from now will go towards supporting the families.
