We are aiming to complete building this eco holiday home in the spanish mountains near Teresa de Cofrentes.Once complete the home will benefit from being fully off grid. Electricity will be via solar. Water will be from a well dug in the grounds of the house and will be heated again via the sun. There will be four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The entire villa will be at your disposal, no one else will be staying there during your holiday. We aim to show that eco homes can be state of the art and the house will be fully equipped with all the luxuries of modern life. There will be a large pool in front of the house and the views from this will be stunning. The house is on the edge of a national park where its possible to swim in the river, canoe, take sightseeing trips by boat, cycle or hike. Its truly beautiful and not remotely like the traditional Spanish beach holiday.

We intended to do this project slowly but the impending brexit result means we must complete it by March 2019, hence asking for your help.
