For over over 2 years now the People of the English speaking part of Cameroon constituting the North West and South west Regions (2 out of the 10 regions) have been on a political strike demanding to the Cameroon Government to distribute equal rights to all citizens because are been marginalized fora longtime. The government gave a deaf ear to their demands and ordered the soldiers to kill citizens.

The English People started demanding for either a federal state or complete secession to form a new country called "AMBAZONIA".

During the strike movement, the secessionist defense force declared no schools should be open until they government gives an opening ear to their demands.

This led to the burning down of schools and public property . There were a lot of Catholic schools burnt down in kumbo.

We the people of Saint Johns Parish wish to support the people of Kumbo in their education sector to reconstruct burnt down schools and to promote quality education in that Part of the Country.
