Einir Davies, or Nin as she was known to many, sadly passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning.

Those who met Mam know that family was the most important thing to her. With the support from the Hospice at Home Nurses, Mam was able to spend her last few weeks in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loved ones (including the cats!).

It was Mam's wish that there be no flowers, but welcomes donations to the new St David's Anglesey Hospice. The hospice will provide a four-bedded inpatient unit, giving respite and end of life care to local patients living with an advanced illness, their families and carers, as well as offer complementary therapies.

Mam made a difference to many people over the years, offering support and a shoulder to cry on when needed. Let's show the world what she meant to us by digging deep.

It will cost £600,000 to build the new satellite hospice and with your help, we can make this happen in Mam's name.
