Story
I myself have suffered for many years with Mental Health Illnesses including Manic Depression and Anxties.I
have Lost a Dear Friend to Suicide.
Part of my Recovery is to write a Children's Book about a woodland Elf who s on a journey through the woods to simply find a place to Sleep, she encounters many New Experiences along her way, some not so Nice! Not all the Woodland Creatures are so Friendly.
She over comes her problems by using MINDFULNESS & MEDITATIONS to over come her Difficulties.
There is Always Hope.
And that's My Message.
I am dedicating my Book in Memory of ZAK , a Close Family Friend, he sadly took his own Life due to Mental Health Problems.
My aim is to Give a percentage of my Sales to MIND the Mental Health Charity by Punishing My Book.
