Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
🏃 I am running the Newport Marathon in May 2019, My first EVER marathon, & probably my last too, and thought it best if I was going to start training for a Marathon then It would be best to do it for a great cause.
1st aid Services (Wales) who provide first aid training to people in Wales & also provide vital first aid to people needing it at events, so need donations to help buy life saving equipment.
It would mean so much to myself and this deserving company if you can support me on my training journey and help donate towards them.

6 years ago🏃 On Sunday the 26th of August (my first year wedding anniversary) I ran my first ever half marathon across the Severn bridge. I'm not going to lie, it was a miserable day and I got soaked through. 🌧️There wern't many supporters because of the rain which made it a lot harder, but as I crossed the finish line, it all felt amazing. 🥇I was on a high again. So much so, that I've now signed up to do the Reat Bristol half Marathon next month. Woo hoo. 😁 All great training preparing me for the Full marathon next year. 👍

6 years agoOn Sunday I ran the Brecon Carreg Barry Island 10k. It was very hot and it was hard. So thankful for the few people who actually hosed us down whilst running passed their house. Didn't get a pb this time, but i definitely put that down to the heat. Phew it was a scorcher.
