Newdigate children have shown their passion for looking after the school environment by trying to reduce the amount of plastic we use. We've even lobbied the school milk company to change their packaging. So the Little Governors have suggested that next we try to encourage adults and children to cycle or scooter to school, even if it's only part of their journey (as some children have to travel a long way.) We presently don't have anywhere to store bikes or scooters. This minipod would hold 8 bikes and 8 scooters. The cost is £1,400.
So we are wondering if you would like to sponsor me cycling an epic journey over 3 days up and down a lot of hills across the Pennines to complete a coast to coast, which I'm sure will result in me having a very sore bum and very achy muscles!!
