On Saturday 21st July, the Old White Hart pub will play host to the first ever ElFest charity event raising money for Basingstoke Hospital Intensive Care and High Dependency Units. It will be a full day of music and activities, with something for everyone, so you can get the whole family involved! It will be a truly fantastic day for a great cause and a brilliant start to the school summer holidays.

Chloe has organised ElFest in memory of her sister Ellie who sadly passed away in April 2017 at the age of 23 after a short battle with cancer. She spent a month in Intensive Care and the High Dependency Units at Basingstoke Hospital. During her time there they went above and beyond to make sure she was as comfortable as possible and did everything they could to help her battle the disease. Ellie herself was a strong, determined and incredibly kind and caring girl and her family know that she would want to do something to say thank you to all the exceptional people who looked after her. We are therefore donating all profits from the event to these units to ensure that they can carry on doing the fantastic work they do for our loved ones and the community.
