In 2019, myself and my peers will be setting off to Northern India for 4 weeks for our World Challenge, independent expedition! We will be volunteering in a local school, working on a community project, walking the Hampta Pass to challenge ourselves, discovering India and broadening out cultural knowledge.. The trip in total is £4,060, with a large amount of that cost being specifically donated to a chosen local community in India; for example, it could go to building schools, or improving the areas sanitation (this will be decided nearer the time of departure). We have to raise the money ourselves as part of the expedition, to help us understand the real cost of such a trip, and so any donations are very much appreciated!
