For the past 3 weeks I’ve been volunteering at a project called Hope Agency. It’s a school run completely by volunteers and helps the most amazing children with education. Not only this they have been working to provide the children who live furthest away with bikes to help with the long distances that the children travel everyday for school in really hot weather and also provide a food bank project which helps some of the poorest families get by day by day with food packages every few weeks and helping them to start provide for themselves.

On mornings I’ve also been teaching at a local orgphanage which has been amazing, the children are so enthusiastic and have stolen my heart. A lot of them have families but the poverty in Cambodia is so high that parents can’t afford to keep and provide for the children.

The orphanage itself is very run down and they have a tiny play area with dangerous old play equipment.

I would love to be able to help them have a better quality of life and giving them a proper play area where they can play safely and that stimulates their imaginations.

I’m setting up this page to help raise money to give these children something that every child should have access to. Even the smallest amount would be greatly appreciated, Ella xx
