Hi!

In January this year I was selected to be part of the international volunteering team at Nottingham Trent University, and our destination is Fiji.

In June I will be flying out to Fiji for a month to volunteer with Think Pacific - a charity that supports villages and schools in Fiji to educate and bring more sporting activities to children's lives. Think Pacific is in partnership with the Fijian government and helps children to gain higher quality education, more opportunities and the confidence to achieve their goals.

Whilst in Fiji I will be living with a local family, whilst getting to know the children in the village and hopefully make a difference to them. This will include teaching numeracy and literacy, encouraging creative skills such as art, drama, dance etc. as well as leading sports lessons daily (or trying!).

Any contribution would be hugely appreciated and will go directly to Think Pacific and the children over in Fiji .

This is my final adventure with NTU and I thought I'd make it a meaningful one, thanks for reading and again thank you for any donations!!!
