Mental health goes un noticed worldwide and its ok not to be ok! Having worked in mental health and learning disabilities for over 13 years I am passionate around this subject and its about raising awareness. 1 in 3 of us experience mental health issues at some point in our lives and togetjer we can tackle the issue and support eachother.
