Golden Years are proud to be launching our "Embrace Your Inner YOUth" campaign which is set go LIVE at St Pancras on Monday 11th February. Members of Golden Years will be stepping out of their comfort zones in a bid to encourage others like them to embrace new opportunities and take the first steps towards improving their quality of life, health & overall wellbeing.

We believe by encouraging people to get out and engage in new experiences, we can help change the attitudes towards ageing. Our aim is to demonstrate that it is never too late to try something new, make new friends and really embrace "living" whilst alive. For, everyone fortunate enough will "age" but HOW we live whilst we age is entirely down to each of us!

Golden Years members will be teaming up with a local choir and singing a selection of songs live at St Pancras in order to promote the importance of active and socialable lifestyles and how they can help combat poor mental & physical health.

All money raised will go towards Golden Years running more events to facilitate older people to achieve incredible things, whilst also breaking down barriers that still cause social isolation and stigma for many older people.
