UPDATE : THE TARGET TO BE RAISED IS NOW £9000 AS THERE HAS BEEN FURTHER FUNDRAISING AND THANKS TO THE FIREWORKS DISPLAY IN NOVEMBER, LOCALS HAVE RAISED £1800 TOWARDS THE TARGET AND THERE HAS ALSO BEEN A FURTHER £1000 RAISED IN A SEPARATE FUNDRAISER. THE CHARD & ILMINSTER NEWSPAPER WILL HOPEFULLY BE COVERING THIS STORY ALSO, SO FINGERS CROSSED WE'LL SOON HIT OUR TARGET. A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS DONATED SO FAR XXX

Further to my last post about the ilminster pavilion carpark, I have chatted to the ilminster sports committee who are struggling to come up with the £12,000 needed to cover costs to Tarmac the carpark so I have decided to set up a just giving page so that the residence of ilminster and other people who use the pavilion can donate to this page to help in some way with getting the carpark finished.

So many people use the pavilion carpark for charity functions, clubs, walking their dogs & baby/toddler groups so I’m hoping that because ilminster is such a fantastic community we can pull together and help.
