    Story

I have created this page as I would like to help a beautiful family in need.
Rebecca and David and their beautiful little boy, Benjamin live in Redcar.
Rebecca has been in ill health for quite some time. Rebecca never complains and always manages to keep smiling even when things get really tough. Rebecca is diabetic. In summer 16 Rebeccas Kidneys began to fail, Rebecca was told she needed a transplant. Rebecca was then diagnosed with CIDP.
Rebecca was getting about with walking aids but sadly in March 18 had a fall breaking her hip and knee and requiring extensive surgery.
Unable to walk and live independently, Rebecca moved home with her Parents . Rebecca was healing well when in June 18 she suffered a massive stroke which left her paralysed on her left side.
As if this was not a big enough blow for the family, sadly Rebeccas knee did not heal well and this week she has had her leg amputated due to sepsis. Without amputation Rebecca would not survive.
I have had the pleasure of looking after Benjamin, he is the most adorable little boy and I would really really love your help and support to get Rebecca home where she belongs to enable her to watch Benjamin grow. Adaptations to the home are being organised but the decorating and the aftermath of all the work is up to the family to fund. Rebecca's husband David is currently on the sick to be with his wife.
Please help in any way you can to enable this beautiful family live together in a safe loving home and help Rebecca on her journey to recovery.
