Story
Alex and I will be running Edinburgh Marathon on May 26th 2019 in memory of Eden Charlotte D’Silva Cocker who was born asleep 4 years ago.
Her parents Kerry and Marc were supported by the Rosemary Suite at Colchester General. It allowed their family and friends including me to go and meet Eden Charlotte and support Kerry and Marc.
They provide a private room which includes a separate sitting area which allowed them privacy, time and space away from other babies to come to terms with what had happened to them.
We would like to raise money in Eden Charlotte’s memory to support the Rosemary Suite as sadly stillbirth in the UK is not uncommon with it effecting around 1 in every 200 babies which equates to around 9 babies a day across the UK!
