    Story

We are supporting a real life super hero Paul Curtis on his mission to raise money for 2 charities that are close to his heart.

Please take a moment to read about the 2 amazing charities and what they mean to Paul.

We are the Emma Cosgrove foundation.

We are a charity that is here to make life a little brighter for teenagers who are affected by cancer.

The charity was set up to honour the life & fighting spirit of Emma Cosgrove who lost her battle with cancer on 24/06/2017 aged just 19.

Emma had fought a 7 year battle with cancer and even in her darkest days she was still able to be there to support and help others, so we are 100% confident that she would be keen to carry on helping after she had passed away.

As Emma fought cancer all through her teenage years we have decided that we are going to as a charity make teenagers our focus. We will be granting small wishes to children aged 13-19 to make hospital days, or treatment periods that bit better.

Paul and his family have been family friends with Emmas family for a number of years and after falling in love with Emmas story paul decided he wanted to be our first oficial fundraiser.

Macmillan cancer support are an amazing charity that help cancer sufferers aswell as the families around them.

Macmillan are a charity that are extremely close to pauls heart after helping Pauls family through more than 1 close family loss to cancer. After seeing the help and care that Macmillan give to cancer patients and their families paul decided he wanted to do what he could to give back to them so decided that they would be pauls other designated charity for his London marathon fund raising.

for more info on Macmillan please see the link below.

    Macmillan Cancer Support

once the race has been run and all donations have been collected the fund will be split 50/50 between both charities.

Thanks for taking the time to read about pauls quest and please donate anything you can.

This is Paul Curtis, he is running the London marathon on Sunday 28th April in Emma’s name to help us raise money for the Emma Cosgrove foundation. Paul is officially our first fundraiser. Although Paul is a keen runner this is going to be a massive task for him to accomplish and the thought of raising as much money as possible for an amazing cause is what will spur him on to the finish line. We will be posting regular updates from Paul during his training on the lead up to the big day. Good luck Paul from us all x
