Emma and Jess are applying for their first settlement visa in January, so that they can live and work together as a married couple in the UK.

Whilst on track for their goal and excited for what the future brings, notification of an unexpected increase in the fees recently occurred, with just 4 weeks to go until they apply, meaning they are now struggling to hit their target.

Determined to overcome this new obstacle, Emma and Jess are saving all they can, but even with this conscious effort will likely still fall short of the required amount.
