UMC Tombodu is a school in Sierra Leone of 300 children under 12, that we as a family sponsor on a daily basis. We are wanting to raise £50,000 to build a new extension block on the school. Currently, they have classes of up to 70 children in one room, which is extremely overcrowded. With our feeding programme more and more children are able to attend school, so the classrooms will get even more congested. Our new extension will have 3 large classrooms and an office spread over two floors. A clean, plain, simple building with easy to maintain fixtures and fittings.
