In memory of my Mum I am walking 'The Fen Rivers Way' which is approx. 50 mile walk from the outskirts of Cambridge to King's Lynn, over 3 days in April (with a 4th as a contingency).

Walks have always been a part of our family's life, and that included Mum, even if she needed the help of the wheelchair at times.And a few of you will remember our sponsored walks round Graham Water before and after Mum's heart & kidney transplant. The key difference being the first time Dad and I pushed a wheelchair round, the second time Mum walked it!

I am hoping people will sponsor me to complete the 50 miles for two causes. The first, that which was close to my Mum's heart, and whose support with her health was so important - Papworth Hospital Charity.

The second links to the fact, whilst Mum left us to be at peace with her Saviour, she would have wanted more than anything for us to keep living. And one of the biggest things that has kept me going is my passion for the RoadHOG bus. This is an ecumenical project in Boston by which we aim to reach out to our young people in our community.
