A few years ago Finnley took part in the Blenheim Palace Kids Duathlon to raise money for a cause that was important to him. Today, Finnley & Georgia have together decided that they would both like to do it this year, to raise money for 2 causes that are important to them. The first being 'A Very Special Journey', Avery is a little boy who suffers from a condition called SMA Type 2 (www.facebook.com/SMAType2), all 3 of my children think the world of Avery and would do anything to raise much needed funds for his equipment and ongoing care. The second is for the Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, purely because they want to help young children going through a difficult time. They plan to split any money rasied in half for Avery's fund & GOSH.

The Duathlon entails a run / bike / run event, Georgia being in the category of 350m / 700m / 350m distances but Finnley is now in the older category meaning he will have to complete 700m / 1400m / 350m!
