After noticing that something was bothering my six year old son, frankie who was on the verge of crying, I asked him what was wrong? He replied through tears, “Im worried about all of those homeless people out there on the benches in the freezing cold” after explaining to him that we couldnt go out and pick them all up and bring them home like he wanted me to, I told him that we could however, do something to help raise money to help them. So we decided that he could scooter over the Humber Bridge and back and mummy (me) will run beside him. This us a huge acheivement for frankie who wears a splint in his leg. So thats what we will do and we chose this wonderful organisation who do so much to help our local homeless community. I am so proud I have a boy who realises just how lucky he is to have a warm home and food, but who has a big heart and wants to help.
