Cleft Lip and Palate Deficiencies affect one in 700 people in the UK alone, however most of them are able to get treatment. Around the world there are thousands of children seeking to get surgical care for these deficiencies. Without care, cleft lip and palates could lead to life threatening conditions for these children.
