Sob story alert! Over the last 4 years Robbie has spent a lot of time working up and down the country raising money for Armed Forces charities but also in any spare moment he’s had he spends coaching and developing himself as a trainer to a team of boxers.

Personal training for boxing is tough, it requires me and Robbie to put our bodies on the line hours after hour on a squash court with no let up on the pads and body shields.

Sometimes you just want to put someone on a bag or concentrate on strength and conditioning or ringcraft.

To that end we are now going to convert the room in to a full fledged combat gym - with Ring - Bags and equipment.

I always get asked about Kids classes and we want to add that community element to.
