Jake, Lewis, Emilia and Gabe's big brother Ned are running the mini mile along Worthing Seafront on Sunday 10th February.

Ned's brother Gabe caught the CMV virus while in the womb at around 20 weeks old. As a result of this infection Gabe has cerebral palsy & development delay.

Last year we all had a great holiday at Butlins, where the kids chased Gabe, in his walker, along the corridors. They'd love it if you would sponsor them so that one day, hopefully not too far away, Gabe will be able to chase them back.

Although Gabe is receiving some great treatment in this country in the USA they offer some groundbreaking treatment for children with CP. Gabe's family are raising these funds to help Gabe achieve his goal of walking independently and to use his left hand much more than he does. The money raised will pay for Gabe to attend the Napa centre in Boston for 3 weeks of intensive therapy. The benefits of this therapy can be unbelievable and some children have even moved on from using a walker to using walking sticks at the end of the 3 weeks. Please help get Gabe to the USA. This kind of treatment in these early years of childhood will be crucial to Gabe fulfilling his potential.
