This year i Ashley Hudson and my good friend John Barnet with be taking part in very first 89 mile (144Km) ultra marathon around Snowdonia, starting on 22nd of February 2019. The route starts and finishes in Bangor, on the North Wales Coast. It loops through many well known places such as Llanberis, Betws-Y-coed and Beddgelert as well as some lesser known places.

This year we will be supporting the charity "Gambia mission" which was started by a kind man named Godfrey thomplinson, over the last few years Godfrey has managed to raised funds and donations in terms of clothing, food, medical supplies and children's learning materials, which are then shipped to Gambia in barrels.

the Gambia mission's new project this year is to installed toilet facilities in some of the most poorest regions of Gambia.
