Dear people we are trying to raise funds for a very ill work colleague. Dean rogers is 45 year old family man with a young daughter and loving wife , dean has been living with type one diabetes more than twenty years and was managing his illness while working full time ,but in 2017 he was diagnosed with kidney failure and dialysis began in february 2018 he also developed macular derma an eye condition which requires regular eye injections which in turn have developed cataracts to which he has had 8 appointments for surgery cancelled due to his illness , Dean is a proud man alway a hard worker but now very rarely leaves the house or hospital because he is unable to walk very far . Dear people if we could raise some funds for a mobilty scooter it would give Dean a new lease of life and freedom to get out Thankyou kind people please share far and wide
