As you all know Jamie underwent an emergency quadruple bypass in August at The Heath hospital in Cardiff. If it wasn‘t for the incredible treatment he recieved he wouldn’t be here to celebrate his 40th Birthday. Also recently more bad news is effecting the family this is why I am kindly requesting that instead of gifts please could doantions be made to charity. We will be splitting the donations between Cardiac Care and Cancer Charites as both have supported and currently supporting our family.

Also watch this space in the very near future when i am back fit we are both pledging to carry out various challenges together to raise even more money for these amazing causes.

Thank you all for all the love and support you have all give and continue to give through these blips. The next chapter is on the horizon for us ❤
