Worcestershire has some of the worst outcomes nationally for children’s healthcare, social mobility, social care and those with special needs, despite professionals on the front line working hard to change this. We want to encourage and celebrate individuals - children, young people and the adults who support them by holding annual awards ceremonies; improve child-centred professional practice and social networking as well as provide opportunities for the local business communities to support and encourage diversity in the workplace. We are a little charity with a big dream to change our local and, in time, our national communities.
