I am Marc and I work in the Security team at Worcester Bosch. My beautiful son Lukas is 6 years old and has been battling Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia for just over 3 years (half of his life).

Lukas received a double bone marrow transplant in August and underwent an intense programme of chemotherapy and radiation. He was making good progress until he developed pneumonia in his lungs. Our brave little soldier is now fighting for his life in intensive care. Doctors have him in an induced coma and on ventilation machines.

I haven't left Lukas' side since he became critically ill and I am trying to be so strong for my little boy. We have been fortunate that the cost of treatment is funded by the NHS but any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated and all the funds collected will go directly towards time visiting Lukas in hospital (travel, food, loss of earnings etc.).

Lukas is fighting for his life and I want to be there right by his side but as you can imagine this will become financially difficult as time goes on.
