I am at it again and need everyone to dig deep.... I may be raising money for two important charities but i am also fulfilling my dreams.

I have been Asked many of times why dont i raise money for the crazy things i am about to go through.

Please sponser me as much as you can to raise money for charities that you might need or even had experiences with and just want to return something back to them like i have and will continue doing.

As you all know in 2014 I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and i was lucky enough to survive and two yrs later i am getting stronger and stronger and want to pay back my gratitude to these charities who helped and supported me in my darkest days.

I am hoping to raise as much as possible in order to help these charities out, so i am doing the following which is not going to be a walk in the park, but nor is fighting cancer.

Please dig deep into supporting me while i am going to be doing the following over the next few weeks and months :

100km along the oldest footpath in Britain.The UK's largest ultra. 16th July 2016
brave the shave end of August
10,000ft - 15,000ft skydive in september
london and bournemouth half marathon in september and october
