Story
On Sunday 19th May I'm running the Bognor Prom 10K to support Radio Respect, a local organisation with an amazing group of volunteers dedicated to supporting people struggling with mental health problems.
Radio Respect is a community radio station dedicated to Mental Health Matters, with regular shows, phone-ins, interviews and retro music who really need help to continue the invaluable support they deliver to the local community.
Through my passion for music I was introduced to their fascinating ‘retro shop’ where donations of vinyl records, CD's, DVD's and record players are sold to support the studio facility which also acts as a drop-in centre for people from all walks of life struggling with mental health problems.
To support the future of this incredibly important and caring organisation any level of sponsorship to my Just Giving page would be wonderfully received - any donation goes a long way and will make a real difference.
