North Walsham Christmas Lights this year have left the realms of the town council which has meant we have has added expenditure this year. We have purchased new storage which needs to be racked out, new ladders are needed, a new gazebo, a packing case for the inflatable grotto amongst other items. All businesses in the town centre and industrial estate have had letters asking for donations. The towns lights are erected by a team of just 8 volunteers over 6 sunday mornings. We need to keep the money coming in to support the lights otherwise we will have no other option but to go without the lights.
