Cath is a mum to 3 young children and and has hidden her battle with multiple sclerosis for many years.
Despite this debilitating condition, she has always been ready to help others and now it's our turn to help her!
This treatment will make a huge difference to the lives of her and her family by halting the progression of the disease.
